Meet the Team

Welcome to Swisher's Head Office team. Collectively, the account management department has over 45 years' experience in facilities management and contract hygiene services.

The team is led by Tim Hudson who has many years experience in bringing to market some of the UK's most advanced cleaning and hygiene products.

Tim Hudson is Director of Business Development for Swisher.

Tim has spent the majority of his 15 year career within the cleaning and hygiene industry, working with major corporate entities through to small independents and franchise operations.

Tim comments:

“Having worked in sales and business development in the hygiene industry for many years now, I can honestly say in my position as Director of Business Development that hygiene within a commercial environment is vitally important to the operation of any business.

Janet Melson

Janet Melson

In her position as Group Financial Controller, Janet Melson, is responsible for the financial control of the entire Environmental Biotech Group of companies, which includes Swisher.

As a chartered accountant with over 12 years’ experience both as an auditor and financial controller, Janet is ideally positioned to ensure the Group's financial resources are used efficiently at all times.

Janet brings with her a proven track record of managing a finance team at an international Facilities Management company – a provider of multiple services, including contract cleaning, to a variety of businesses.

James Clark

James Clark

James is Swisher’s Finance Administrator at Swisher's Head Office.

James joined the group in February 2010 and has a wealth of experience in accountancy, having been trained by a renowned firm of accountants where he was fortunate enough to work in several divisions.

Having been involved in purchasing products at competitive rates for Swisher, James is proud to play an integral part in making sure the group remains competitive in the marketplace.

James adds:

“I enjoy the challenge that working in the contract cleaning industry brings. It is absolutely fundamental that the financial administration is both accurate and timely.

Plus, I genuinely enjoy working within the team – we all have different skill sets that complement each other.”

Georgina White

Georgina White

Georgina joined Swisher as a Finance Administrator in July 2011. With a wealth of experience working in the service industry, primarily within the facilities management arena, Georgina is ideally placed to manage the credit control on behalf of the Group.

Georgina enjoys a close working relationship with the locality business managers to ensure swift payment of invoices to support operational efficiency.

Georgina comments:

“No two days are the same working within a service-oriented industry, which is one of the reasons I enjoy working here.

The other reason is that I appreciate the importance of a well-structured approachable team.”
