SALES EXECUTIVES

Experienced in cold calling and telesales to generate new business in the service sector or selling a conceptual service.

Objectives and Tasks
 • Identifying and targeting prospective customers and generating sales appointments
 • Achieving agreed sales targets
 • Developing the local sales territory

Requirements
 • Experience in the service sector
 • Sales, cold calling and telesales experience essential
 • Drive and motivation to be highly successful

SERVICE MANAGER

An ambitious hands-on person with experience in route and people management.
 
Objectives and tasks
• Recognising the importance of customer service and quality control
• Responsible for providing the service to fixtures in customer’s washrooms
• Ensuring that a high quality of service is maintained by all service personnel
• Managing, supporting and training the service technicians as the business grows
• Providing opportunities for low level sales of Swisher products and services
 
Requirements
• Experience in the service sector including the management of hands-on staff
• An understanding of stock supply and stock control is an advantage
• Methodical, reliable and responsible
• Valid driver’s licence and good driving record

SERVICE TECHNICIANS
 
Reliable hands-on worker with a successful work record in providing a service to route customers
 
Objectives and tasks
• Providing the Swisher weekly sanitation service to fixtures in customers’ washrooms
• Creating a professional relationship with the customer
• Providing opportunities for low level sales of Swisher products and services
 
Requirements
• Ensuring a high quality of service is provided
• Strong work ethic, good communications skills and a pleasant personality
• Valid driver’s licence and good driving record
