Costs

The fee for a Swisher franchise is £30,000 + VAT. Approximately, a further £25,000 - £50,000 working capital is required to set up the business (depending on structure, funding requirements and other standard business considerations). Accordingly, the total investment required for a Swisher franchise will be between £55,000 - £75,000. 

The banks, subject to status, will lend up to 70% of the total amount required. However, all you need to join Swisher is your own personal available liquid capital of £25,000. Swisher also offers support through the DTI Small Firms Loan Guarantee scheme.
